The goal is to create a reliable database for off-market land acquisition outreach. Accuracy is more important than simply producing a large list. Information Needed For each vacant parcel: * Map/Lot/APN * Property location * Acreage * Current owner * Owner mailing address * Assessed value * Last sale date/price, if available * Phone number(s) * Email address, if available * LLC/trust information when applicable * Source(s) used for the information Ownership should be verified using reliable sources such as Wakefield assessing/GIS records and Carroll County deed records. PropStream, BatchLeads, Regrid, LandGlide, or similar tools may be used to locate contact information, but accuracy and verification are important.
