Vacuum Chamber Experiment Support

I’m looking for an engineer or physicist to help implement a vacuum chamber science experiment. The project is straightforward, but I need someone to ensure it is done properly and on budget. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and recording of the experiment. Payment for this project is separate from the bill of materials, and I will provide all necessary materials, so you don’t need to worry about paying for them. Some conspiracy theorists are claiming that a gas propelled vehicle will not create thrust in a vacuum chamber environment. They use this video as their proof. They claim it should have moved much faster. They say if the vacuum chamber was bigger, the gas would not be able to push back towards the vehicle. So the goal of the experiment is to come up with a design that’s not too expensive (less than $600), but can still easily prove that gases do create reaction forces in a vacuum chamber. We can have a smaller vacuum chamber if we’re able to use a tiny amount of gas so basically in order for the test to be valid we need to use as little gas as possible relative to the size of the chamber. That way our vacuum chamber doesn’t have to be super big but still measure a difference between the two tests. So we would then do a second test with a wall or some way to make the vacuum chamber smaller, if the test with the wall creates a faster or bigger thrust then the conspiracy theorists will be correct. They claim that thrust from gases requires an external medium around the vehicle.
