**Vantaca Support Specialist (Contract | Hourly)** Property management company seeking an experienced **Vantaca Support Specialist** to provide hands-on guidance during our transition to the Vantaca platform. No bookkeeping necessary - strictly administrative operational use of Vantaca. This is a flexible, hourly contract role providing tutorial-based support on an as-needed basis. You'll assist new users, answer day-to-day questions, and provide onboarding guidance beyond standard Vantaca support. Support will be delivered through scheduled sessions and screen sharing to troubleshoot issues, demonstrate best practices, and build user confidence. **Responsibilities:** * Provide one-on-one Vantaca tutorials and user support * Assist with onboarding and training new staff * Answer workflow and system questions as they arise * Conduct scheduled screen-sharing sessions to resolve issues and demonstrate processes * Offer practical guidance and best practices for using Vantaca effectively **Ideal Candidate:** * Strong hands-on experience with the Vantaca platform required * Previous training or onboarding experience * Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills * Available for flexible, on-demand support Please be prepared to share experiences where you have used Vantaca in a fast-paced environment.
