Vector Conversion With Texture & Embossed Detail Preservation

I need a skilled graphic designer to convert an existing crest/logo into a fully scalable vector format (SVG/EPS/PDF) while preserving its metallic textures, shading, and embossed depth. This is not a simple flat vector trace — the final deliverable must maintain the premium, realistic, gold/bronze/steel finish seen in the original artwork.
