Vector Illustrator / Apparel Graphic Designer Needed for Custom T-Shirt Artwork

We’re looking for a graphic designer/illustrator to help refine an existing T-shirt concept for a nonprofit working alongside displaced and refugee communities. The shirt is built around the phrase: “Your story’s not done yet.” We already have several AI-generated concepts and a clear visual direction. We are looking for someone who can take the strongest parts of those references, redraw and simplify them into a cohesive vector-based T-shirt graphic, and make the final design feel polished and production-ready. The visual style is a mix of: - geometric mosaic - flat vector illustration - simplified landscapes and architecture - integrated typography - modern apparel graphics The phrase should feel incorporated into the mosaic rather than placed separately underneath the design. We will provide: - visual references - logo - color direction - preferred imagery - clear feedback throughout the process Deliverables: - One refined back-shirt design - Up to 3 revision rounds - Editable vector/source file - Print-ready transparent PNG We’re especially interested in designers with experience in vector illustration, T-shirt graphics, apparel design, or Adobe Illustrator.
