Vector Illustrator + 3D Artist Needed for 75th Anniversary Emblem

I have an existing 75th anniversary emblem that needs to be professionally rebuilt as clean vector artwork and, ideally, converted into a 3D model for animation. The current artwork has a rugged, dimensional, aged-metal look that I want to preserve, but the vector version needs to be clean enough for physical production, including a commemorative coin. What I need: Manually rebuild the supplied artwork as true vector artwork No automated tracing or Image Trace Clean, intentional geometry suitable for coin production Maintain the rigid, angular character and some of the distressed/gritty feel without creating excessive vector complexity Final vector files supplied as AI, SVG and EPS Create a 3D model based on the approved vector artwork Supply the editable 3D source file, preferably Blender If budget allows, create a simple 5 to 10 second animation/render of the finished emblem For the vector artwork, I'm not looking to recreate every scratch or metallic texture from the reference. The goal is to interpret that character through strong geometry, facets, bevels, recesses and intentional distressing while keeping the artwork manufacturable. The 3D version can bring back more of the metallic texture, scratches, depth, lighting and overall cinematic feel. Budget: $200 fixed I understand the budget is limited, so the priority is: Excellent manually created vector artwork Clean 3D model with tiff exports Animation/render if the budget allows When applying, please include one example of an emblem/logo you manually vectorized and one example of a logo or emblem you've modeled in 3D. Please do not apply if your vector workflow is primarily automated tracing. I'll provide the existing high-resolution artwork as the visual reference.
