Vectorise & Build Logo File Suite

I have a logo for a hospitality brand called The Duk (a Vietnamese kitchen + traditional kawa baths venue in Munduk, Bali). The logo concept and layout are final — I don't need a redesign. I need someone to rebuild it as a clean vector and deliver a complete, organized file suite so I can hand it off to the business owner. I'm attaching the current version as a reference (flattened PNG on a textured background). That's why the DUK lettering has the duplicate offset shadow behind it — it's meant to read as vintage hand-painted signage, not a modern flat logo. Please keep that reference in mind so the rebuild still feels like it belongs on a roadside warung sign, not a slick corporate mark. What I need done Recreate the existing logo as clean, scalable vector artwork (don't need to change the design — just rebuild it properly since I no longer have Illustrator/Photoshop files) Remove the paper grain/noise texture overlay entirely — I want flat, clean color, no distressed texture Keep the offset drop-shadow effect on the "DUK" letters (the dark green duplicate sitting behind/below the red letters) — that's part of the design and should stay, just rebuilt clean in vector rather than as a texture Build out the full suite below Deliverables File formats: AI or EPS (editable vector, layered) SVG (web-ready) PDF (print-ready, vector) PNG, transparent background, high-res (2000px+) Color/layout variants: Full color version (as shown) Black version (for single-color print/stamping) White/reversed version (for dark backgrounds) Icon-only / badge mark on its own (no tagline text) for social profile pictures and favicons Horizontal lockup if the full badge doesn't work in wide formats (optional, ask if unsure) Bonus if included: Simple 1-page PDF style sheet showing colors (hex/CMYK), fonts used, and clear space/minimum size rules Notes for the freelancer This is a rebuild/vectorization + light polish job, not a full brand identity project — budget and timeline should reflect that Please identify/recreate the fonts used (or closest free/licensed match) so the client can make small text edits later if needed Final files should be organized in clearly labeled folders (e.g. Full Color, Black, White, Icon Only) so a non-designer client can find the right file without confusion
