Vehicle Wide Fender Design

I need a designer to create rear over/wide fender for vehicle based on scan data I will provide along with photos that will guide you on what I am looking for visually. The work includes designing a fender that closely matches scan data that will be printed to check fit and overall style and then have a mold made from this design. I will configure and print myself for testing. Please share relevant examples or vehicle related design work along with your process. I am looking for someone that is in the CAD or modeling space to have more than a render and end up with a .STL or .STP file at the end. As a background, I am in the motorsport industry and build a variety of different cars. The hope is that I will find someone that I can rely on for future projects that are out of my scope as well.
