Vehicle Wrap Designer — 2019 RAM ProMaster 3500 High Roof Extended (Lighting Company)

Fixed-price budget: up to $500 USD. Please quote your own fair fixed price for the scope. Qualified designers worldwide are welcome. One project. Possible paid revisions or additional vehicle layouts later if this wrap works well. We are a professional lighting company preparing a full vehicle wrap for a 2019 RAM ProMaster 3500 High Roof Extended. We need a designer who can produce print-ready wrap artwork that a professional wrap installation shop can produce and install. We already have complete brand guidelines. We will share them on Upwork after kickoff. ## What we need - Original wrap design concepts for the full van (driver side, passenger side, rear, and front as needed), consistent with supplied brand guidelines. - Designs that read clearly at roadside distance: service category, trust cues, and a simple call to action — without clutter. - Adaptation for real ProMaster 3500 High Roof Extended proportions, door cuts, handles, mirrors, windows, and other panel breaks. Flag any areas that should stay unwrapped or simplified for installability. - Print-ready production files the wrap shop can use (layered source plus high-resolution export package). Include bleed, safe margins, and a simple install/panel map or notes the shop will understand. - Two consolidated revision rounds after concept approval. - List of fonts and third-party assets with commercial usage rights. Disclose any AI-generated imagery. ## Out of scope - Physical wrap printing or installation - Buying vinyl, laminate, or shop materials - Website, social ads, or unrelated brand redesign ## In your proposal 1. Show 2–3 relevant vehicle wrap or large-format fleet examples. Say what you personally designed and what files you delivered to the printer/installer. 2. Confirm you can design specifically for a 2019 RAM ProMaster 3500 High Roof Extended (or equivalent high-roof extended cargo van) and how you handle accurate templates/dimensions. 3. Confirm your fixed price, revision scope, source-file format (AI/PDF/EPS/etc.), and any font or stock license costs. 4. Give earliest start, first-concept timing, and final production-file timing. 5.
