Prioritize intent understanding, relevant results, clear explanations, reliable integrations and smooth onboarding. Establish repeatable checks for recommendation quality, broken journeys, mobile usability and responsiveness. Work with our Base44 applications and the surrounding APIs, data and automation. Personally implement appropriate improvements and lead deeper engineering or design work with specialists. Keep the distinction between a controlled demonstration and production-ready functionality clear. Build coordinated AI-assisted workflows across research, product operations, investor preparation and publishing. Use appropriate review steps, permissions, logs, error handling and human handoffs. CONTENT AND PUBLISHING OPERATIONS Connect our 27-book nonfiction catalog and existing podcast, video and social content to practical workflows. Build a usable inventory, organize reusable material, coordinate distribution and create dashboards that show audience response and title-level progress. Develop a focused path across Community, Courses, Cohorts and Consulting where the underlying content and audience evidence justify it. Help turn long-form material into useful platform-specific content, with editorial review and clear ownership. Coordinate with publishing and growth specialists on experiments, reader development and reporting. Prioritize one or two promising initiatives before expanding. Success means useful experiences, stronger engagement and demonstrable progress toward the chosen business goals. WHAT THE FIRST 90 DAYS SHOULD PRODUCE Days 1–15: audit the current product, workflows, team and content assets. Identify the most important bottlenecks, establish baselines and propose a ranked roadmap with clear dependencies. Days 16–30: deliver a usable operating dashboard, improve the investor workflow and ship an important product or automation improvement. Document what changed and how it was checked. Days 31–60: stabilize the highest-value workflows, improve the demo journey and launch a focused content or publishing experiment with measurable learning. WHO WILL EXCEL You have led complex startup or founder-led initiatives and personally built working automations, integrations or AI-enabled products. You can discuss APIs, data flows and failure modes while communicating clearly with nontechnical colleagues. Experience with investor operations, CRM systems, content businesses or publishing is valuable.
