AI Venue Reconstruction Specialist — Research Real Venues Online & Create Photorealistic AI Images

FOMO is the world's first AI powered experience discovery (start up) platform that combines proprietary venue intelligence, real time contextual ranking, and personalized recommendations to help users discover the best real world experiences anywhere in the world! We have a large database of venues that need high quality visual assets. THE JOB I need an experienced AI image generation specialist who can take a **real venue name and location**, research what that venue actually looks like using publicly available information and imagery online, and then create a **photorealistic AI-generated image of that specific venue**. This is NOT a generic "make a picture of a nightclub" assignment. If the venue is E11EVEN Miami, for example, I need an image that looks recognizably like E11EVEN Miami. If someone who has previously been there sees the FOMO image, the goal is for them to say: "Yes — that's E11EVEN." The same applies to every venue in our database. --- HOW THE WORKFLOW SHOULD WORK For each venue, you will: STEP 1 — Research the venue (verification) Use publicly available online information to understand the actual venue. This may include researching: * Google search results * Publicly accessible venue photographs * Venue websites * Public social media posts * Publicly available videos * Public reviews containing photographs * Public articles * Public event photography * Public architectural/location information * Other legitimate publicly available sources The purpose of this research is to understand the venue's actual physical appearance. You should identify recognizable characteristics such as: * Exterior façade * Entrance * Signage * Interior layout * Bar * Seating * Stage * Lighting * Décor * Architecture * Color scheme * Distinctive design elements * Overall atmosphere STEP 2 — Create a visual reference board Before generating the final image, collect the relevant visual observations/reference material into a simple working reference board. The goal is to establish: "What does this specific venue actually look like?" You are NOT simply looking for one random photograph. You should cross reference multiple sources whenever possible so that the AI generation is based on a reliable understanding of the location. STEP 3 — Generate the FOMO image Using the research and reference material as visual guidance, create a **new photorealistic AI-generated image ** depicting the actual venue. The final image should: * Be photorealistic * Look like a professional photograph * Clearly depict the specific venue * Preserve recognizable characteristics * Have realistic architecture and proportions * Have realistic lighting * Look visually appealing * Be appropriate for a premium consumer mobile application The final output should NOT simply be a screenshot, downloaded photograph, or lightly edited version of somebody else's photograph. The objective is to create a new AI-generated depiction of the real venue. --- VERY IMPORTANT: SOURCE IMAGES I understand that the freelancer will need to research the internet to understand what these venues look like. That is expected. However: Do NOT simply download a photograph from Google Images, Yelp, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc., place it into FOMO, add an AI filter, and call it an AI-generated image. The final deliverable needs to be genuinely AI-generated. Do not: * Remove watermarks * Remove photographer credits * Crop out credits/watermarks * Simply apply an AI filter to someone else's photograph * Make minor alterations to an existing photograph and present it as an original creation * Use copyrighted photographs as the final FOMO asset * Misrepresent an existing photograph as AI-generated The online imagery is being researched to understand the real world venue. --- ACCURACY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT The most important requirement is: THE IMAGE MUST LOOK LIKE THE ACTUAL VENUE. We are NOT looking for: "An upscale Miami nightclub." We are looking for: "An AI-generated image of THIS specific Miami nightclub." A person familiar with the venue should be able to recognize it. Therefore, the AI image should preserve distinctive real world characteristics whenever possible. For example: If the actual venue has a distinctive entrance, façade, ceiling, bar, stage, staircase, wall design, lighting arrangement, or architectural feature, the generated image should attempt to preserve those characteristics. --- DO NOT INVENT MAJOR FEATURES Do not add major physical characteristics that are not known to exist. Examples: * Don't add a rooftop if the venue doesn't have one. * Don't add a pool if there isn't one. * Don't add another floor. * Don't create an entirely different building. * Don't add a huge stage that doesn't exist. * Don't create a completely different interior. * Don't add amenities simply because they would make the image look better. The image can be aesthetically enhanced, but it should remain faithful to the actual venue. --- AI DISCLOSURE FOMO will clearly identify these images as: AI-GENERATED The purpose of the image is simply to help users: 1. Understand that the venue exists 2. Recognize the venue 3. Get a visual sense of what the venue looks and feels like FOMO is an independent venue discovery platform. FOMO does not represent that it owns, operates, manages, or is affiliated with the venues listed on the platform. --- IMAGE STYLE The final images should feel like high end commercial photography. Think: * Photorealistic * Natural * Cinematic but believable * Realistic lighting * Realistic architecture * Realistic perspective * High detail * Premium hospitality/editorial photography * Authentic rather than "AI-looking" Avoid: * Anime * Cartoon * Illustration * Fantasy * Obvious AI artifacts * Unrealistic architecture * Generic stock photo appearance * Overly perfect environments --- QUALITY CONTROL Every image must pass the following tests before delivery. TEST 1 — Recognition Would someone who has visited the venue recognize it? TEST 2 — Architecture Does the building/interior actually resemble the real venue? TEST 3 — Accuracy Did the AI accidentally invent important physical features? TEST 4 — AI Quality Does the image contain obvious AI errors involving: * hands * faces * text * signs * architecture * furniture * perspective * lighting * reflections TEST 5 — Venue Identity Does this look like THIS venue rather than simply a generic venue of the same category? --- IMPORTANT: SIGNAGE, LOGOS & TEXT Real venues often have recognizable signs, logos and names. Where possible, the image should preserve the venue's recognizable visual identity. However, AI-generated text and logos can be inaccurate. If AI cannot reproduce signage accurately, do not create obviously incorrect lettering that could make the venue look fake. Flag the asset for correction rather than delivering an obviously incorrect result. --- DELIVERABLES FOR EACH VENUE For every venue provide: 1. Final AI-generated image 2. High resolution master 3. Web/mobile optimized version 4. Venue name 5. Venue city 6. List of major visual characteristics identified during research 7. AI tool/model used 8. Final prompt 9. General reference sources used for research 10. Date created 11. Quality control confirmation We will maintain the venue database separately. --- SCALABILITY This project is intended to scale. We may ultimately need: Hundreds → potentially thousands of venues. I therefore need someone who can develop a repeatable workflow rather than spending an excessive amount of time manually creating every individual image. Efficiency matters. However, accuracy matters more than speed. --- IDEAL CANDIDATE You should have strong experience with: * Midjourney * Flux * Stable Diffusion * ChatGPT image generation * Photoshop * AI image editing * Reference-image workflows * Image-to-image generation * Photorealistic generation * Architecture/location reconstruction * Commercial creative production You do NOT need to use a specific AI platform. Your understanding of commercial intellectual-property considerations when researching publicly available imagery --- MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT Please read this carefully before applying: I do not want generic AI images representing a venue category. I want: REAL VENUE → ONLINE RESEARCH → VISUAL UNDERSTANDING → NEW PHOTOREALISTIC AI-GENERATED IMAGE OF THAT SPECIFIC VENUE. If someone has been to the venue, the goal is for them to look at the FOMO image and say: "Yes. That's the place." That is the standard we're trying to achieve. If you can successfully create a workflow and capture the venue images needed for Miami there will be several additional cities to follow.
