Verify Medical Citations in Manuscript

Verifying around 60 medical citations in a health book manuscript. Every source is already identified with its PubMed ID and tied to a specific sentence in the text. The job is to pull the full paper, check that the claim matches what the study reports, and flag anything overstated, mis-scoped, or resting on a subgroup the text doesn't mention. Most of my verification so far has been from abstracts, which is the problem. In the three full texts I've obtained, two changed something — one meta-analysis read as solid in summary and turned out to have nine of twenty-one trials at high or unclear risk of bias. Requirements: access to paywalled journals is the main one. A few sources are clinical guidelines rather than papers. Experience reading primary literature critically matters more than expertise in any particular subject. You'd get a ledger with one row per source — PubMed ID, chapter, and the exact sentence it supports — plus the manuscript. I need it back with each row marked verified, needs narrowing, or unsupported, and a line on what the paper actually says where it's one of the last two. Bullet points are fine, I don't need prose. I'd rather cut a claim than defend it, so tell me plainly where the text overreaches. I'd like to start with a paid sample of 10 sources before committing to the rest. Two more books are planned in the same format. When applying, tell me what journal access you have and roughly how long you'd expect 10 sources to take.
