Vibe code finisher wanted — close out my almost-done software projects

I half way run MRO Supply, an industrial supply e-commerce company. I build a lot of internal tools — dashboards, workers, integrations — much of it AI-assisted. Starting things is not my problem. I have a pile of projects that are 70-90% done and not enough of them closed. The last stretch is iteration: asking the right questions, testing against real data, and pushing through to actually done. That's the job. You take a project that mostly works, figure out what "done" actually means for it, ask me questions early, and deliver it. Then the next one. What I'm looking for: You've shipped real things before and you know the last 20% is the hard part. This isn't a first job. Comfortable in AI-assisted codebases (Claude Code, Cursor, whatever you use). Most of this code was written that way. The tools should make you faster, not lost. You communicate. Short updates, quick questions, no disappearing for a week and coming back with the wrong thing. Energy. I'd rather have someone who closes 3 things a month than someone who "makes progress" on 10. Stack is mostly Python and web, running on GCP. Nothing exotic. Terms: $3,000/month flat, depending on hours and what you bring. Part-time is fine if the hours are real and consistent. I'd rather have 15-20 focused hours from someone in a nearby timezone than 40 vague ones. Month-to-month. We renew each month if it's working.
