Video Annotation - Watch CCTV Clips & Log Every Person in Excel

I have 74 short CCTV clips (2–3 minutes each) from a shopping-mall setting. I need you to watch each one and log every person who appears, into a spreadsheet I provide. You'll get an Excel template with one tab per camera. For each person, you'll fill one row: - a screenshot of them - the timestamp they first appear (mm:ss) - estimated age band, gender, and ethnicity (GCC national / Asian / Black / White) - all as simple dropdowns - which way they're heading in the frame (up / down / left / right) - how many seconds they're visible The template has dropdowns and a filled example, so it's quick to learn. A few things I care about: - Be consistent and thorough - log everyone, and use the dropdowns rather than typing your own words. - Honesty beats guessing. Every field has an "Unclear" option. If the footage genuinely doesn't show someone's age or ethnicity, choose Unclear. I'd far rather have that than a guess. - Ethnicity is hard from CCTV and I know it - you won't be penalized for reasonable "Unclear" calls. How it works: I'm hiring a few people independently and cross-checking the results for quality. Everyone starts with one short sample clip so we can align on how to judge the tricky cases, then moves on to the full set. There's an accuracy bonus for work that agrees well with the group. The template and videos are shared once we start. If you're careful, patient, and good at spotting people in grainy footage, this is a straightforward gig with more like it to follow.
