Video Composer / Music-Video Editor Wanted: Multiple Cuts From One Song, Trial-Based

We are building a creative team and looking for a Video Composer: an advanced editor and visual storyteller who takes the best clips from several creators and combines them with a finished song into multiple complete music-video compositions. This is the more advanced editing role in our pipeline. The clip creators produce the raw pieces, you assemble them into finished, platform-ready videos, and importantly, into several versions of the same song rather than one final edit. For one song, you might produce: an emotional version, a viral-hook version, a performance version, a cinematic version, plus 15-second, 30-second, 60-second, and full music-video cuts. WHAT YOU SHOULD BE STRONG AT: - Music synchronization: editing tightly to the beat and feel of a track - Pacing and rhythm: knowing when to cut, hold, and build - Visual storytelling: making a sequence of clips feel like one piece - Selecting the strongest footage from a large set - Hooks, retention, transitions, captions, and platform formatting - Creating many mixes and versions from the same assets, comfortably - Both short-form and full music-video editing, vertical and horizontal HOW WE WORK: This is ongoing, trial-based work. You start with a short paid trial (a song plus a set of clips to cut into a few versions), and the strongest, most reliable composers move into a steady flow of projects with better assignments and higher pay over time.
