Video Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

Meiborg Companies is seeking a talented and creative Video Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our Graphic Design and Marketing Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about video production, digital marketing, content creation, and supporting e-commerce initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with email marketing efforts, and collaborating with our web development team on website and e-commerce projects. Key Responsibilities: Video Content Creation & Editing Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing, recruiting, and company communications. Incorporate B-roll footage, graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and branding elements into videos. Customize video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Assist with video planning, scripting, and content organization. Marketing & Email Campaign Support Create and format professional email marketing templates. Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo and AI-powered research platforms to identify prospects and build contact lists. Support e-blast and email marketing campaigns by organizing data and assisting with content preparation. Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging campaign materials. Website & E-Commerce Support Collaborate with our Web Developer to assist with the development and maintenance of company websites and e-commerce platforms. Update and manage content within WordPress websites. Assist with website content updates, graphics, and product uploads as needed. Help identify opportunities to improve website functionality and user experience. Qualifications: Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with WordPress content management systems. Experience using ZoomInfo, CRM systems, AI tools, or lead-generation platforms is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Employment Details: Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. Initial 90-day contract period. At the conclusion of the 90-day period, performance will be reviewed.
