Video Ad Creation - B2B Products
Worldwide
We're a growth partner for direct-to-consumer brands, and we're hiring an experienced video contractor to produce both brand-level and product-level video across a range of consumer categories. The work is ongoing and varied. One week you may be cutting a 30-second brand overview that establishes who a company is and what it stands for. The next you may be producing a set of short product videos that walk through features, materials, sizing, use cases, and differentiators — the kind of video that has to do real selling work on a Meta feed, a YouTube pre-roll, or an Amazon or Walmart listing. What you'll be creating Brand overview videos — top-of-funnel, story- and positioning-driven, made to introduce a brand cleanly and memorably Product feature and attribute videos — benefit-forward, conversion-oriented, built to answer buyer objections fast Channel-specific cutdowns and variants — different lengths, aspect ratios, hooks, and end cards for paid social, YouTube, retail media, and marketplace listing/A+ placements Occasional iteration on winning creative — new hooks, new angles, new offers against a proven concept What we're looking for Deep, demonstrated experience with this exact type of video. Not general videography, not wedding or event work, not corporate explainers. We want someone who has spent real time making consumer product and brand video that runs on performance channels and marketplaces, and who understands the difference between a video that looks nice and a video that sells. Efficiency. We work at volume and on real timelines. You should be able to turn around quality work quickly, take a brand guideline and a product brief and run with it, and not need extensive hand-holding on every round. Smart use of stock and AI generation tools. We fully expect you to use licensed stock footage and AI video generation where it makes sense — it's part of how we keep production fast and affordable. What we will not accept is output that looks like cheap AI content: warped hands and faces, uncanny motion, generic slop b-roll, inconsistent product renders, mismatched lighting, obvious artifacts. If you use these tools, you need the taste and the finishing skills to make the result look intentional and premium. Discipline around brand guidelines. Most of this work is done inside an existing brand system — fonts, colors, logo usage, tone, motion language, music direction. Staying on brand is not optional, and the ability to work faithfully inside someone else's guidelines is as important to us as raw creative ability. Requirements A portfolio with relevant examples of DTC brand and/or product video — ideally work that ran as paid ads or on marketplace listings Strong editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color skills Hands-on experience with current AI video generation and enhancement tools, plus the judgment to know when not to use them Comfortable sourcing and licensing stock footage, music, and assets Clear communicator, reliable with deadlines, responsive during US business hours Able to deliver in the formats and specs required by Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Walmart Applicants without relevant portfolio examples will not be considered.
