Video Creation for YouTube Shorts
Worldwide
# Video Creator Needed — VoltTrack AI Estimating App I am looking for a video creator who can produce high-converting short-form videos and YouTube content for VoltTrack, an AI-powered estimating and contractor productivity platform built for electricians and electrical contractors. The videos will be used on: * YouTube * YouTube Shorts * TikTok * Facebook Reels * Facebook * Instagram Reels if appropriate ## The Most Important Part I do NOT want videos that are simply screen recordings with music and captions. I want a **real person on camera actually using VoltTrack**. The viewer should be able to see an electrician/contractor using the software in a realistic situation and immediately understand: **"This is something I could actually use on my electrical jobs."** The person should demonstrate the actual VoltTrack estimator and, once the voice feature is fully working, demonstrate the **voice AI assistant** as well. The combination of a real person + actual software + voice interaction should make the videos feel authentic rather than like advertisements. --- # Core Video Concept The person should be presented as an electrician/electrical contractor using VoltTrack during a normal workday. For example: The person is at a job site, in a truck, office, or workshop. They say: "I need to estimate a 200 amp service upgrade with a 50 amp EV charger." Instead of typing everything, they use the VoltTrack voice assistant. VoltTrack processes the request and **speaks the answer back to them**. The person reacts naturally and then shows the estimate being created. Then demonstrate the ability to review the estimate and, where supported, send it to the customer and create an invoice. The viewer should see the complete workflow rather than just hearing someone explain features. --- # Example Short Video #1 ## Hook The first 2–3 seconds are extremely important. Example: **Electrician standing on a job site:** "I'm not typing this estimate." Then he/she speaks to VoltTrack: "Give me an estimate for a 200 amp service upgrade." VoltTrack responds with voice. Then the person says: "That's what I mean. I can actually talk to my estimator while I'm working." Show the actual VoltTrack interface. End with: **"VoltTrack — AI estimating built for electricians."** CTA: **"Try VoltTrack."** --- # Example Short Video #2 — Hands Full Show the electrician carrying tools/materials or standing in a realistic job-site environment. Hook: "Electricians don't always have two hands free to type." Then demonstrate voice interaction. Electrician: "VoltTrack, estimate a 50 amp EV charger installation." VoltTrack speaks back. Show the estimate being generated. End: "Talk to your AI estimator instead of stopping what you're doing." CTA: **Try VoltTrack** --- # Example Short Video #3 — From Job to Estimate Show a contractor receiving a job request. The person says: "Let's see how fast VoltTrack can estimate this." Enter/speak the project information. Show VoltTrack analyzing the job. Show the estimate being generated. Then show the contractor reviewing it. If the current application supports it, show: **Estimate → Customer → Invoice** This video should demonstrate that VoltTrack isn't just a calculator. It helps contractors move through their workflow. --- # Example Short Video #4 — Traditional vs. AI Create a split-screen concept. ### Left: Electrician using paper, calculator, spreadsheet, phone, etc. Text: **Traditional estimating** Show the process taking time. ### Right: Electrician using VoltTrack. Text: **AI-assisted estimating** Show the contractor speaking to VoltTrack and getting a response. End with: **"How are you estimating your jobs?"** CTA: **Try VoltTrack** Do not make unrealistic claims about how much time is saved. The video should demonstrate the difference without promising specific results. --- # Example Short Video #5 — Real Contractor Question Make the video feel like a genuine electrician asking a question. Person: "How much should I charge for this electrical job?" Then they use VoltTrack. Show the AI response. Then explain: "I can review the estimate, adjust the numbers for my business, and send it to the customer." The key is to make it feel like a **real contractor using a real tool**, not a scripted software commercial. --- # Example Short Video #6 — Voice AI Demo This should be one of the most important recurring video formats. Show the person actually talking to VoltTrack. Example: **Electrician:** "Add 20 recessed lights to this estimate." VoltTrack: Responds verbally. Electrician: "Now add the labor." VoltTrack: Responds verbally. Show the estimate changing on screen. The viewer should immediately understand: **"I can talk to my estimating software."** --- # Long-Form YouTube Videos In addition to Shorts, I want longer videos for YouTube. Potential videos: ### 1. Complete VoltTrack Demo **Title:** "How VoltTrack AI Estimates Electrical Jobs" Show the entire workflow from beginning to end. ### 2. Voice AI Demonstration **Title:** "I Let an AI Estimate an Electrical Job Using Voice" Show a real person talking naturally to VoltTrack. ### 3. Electrical Contractor Workflow **Title:** "From Job Request to Estimate to Invoice With VoltTrack" Demonstrate the complete workflow. ### 4. Real-World Job Estimate **Title:** "Watch Me Estimate a 200 Amp Electrical Job With AI" Use a realistic project example and show the actual software. ### 5. EV Charger Estimate **Title:** "How I Estimate an EV Charger Installation With AI" Show the contractor using VoltTrack to work through an EV charger project. --- # Production Style The videos should feel: * Real * Professional * Authentic * Fast-paced * Contractor-focused * Modern * Easy to understand * Slightly entertaining * Not overly corporate I want the viewer to feel like they're watching **another electrician demonstrate a tool they actually use**. Avoid generic stock footage of construction workers. Whenever possible, use a real person who looks believable as an electrician or electrical contractor. --- # Screen Recording The actual VoltTrack interface must be clearly visible. The viewer needs to see: * The person interacting with VoltTrack * The voice input * The AI processing * The AI response * The estimate being generated * Relevant project information * The finished estimate * Invoicing functionality where appropriate Use zooms, callouts, captions, and transitions to make the important parts easy to see on a phone. Do not cover the important software interface with giant graphics. --- # Voice The person's voice should sound natural. Do not make the dialogue sound like a corporate commercial. Use language an electrician would actually use. For example: Bad: "VoltTrack leverages advanced artificial intelligence to optimize electrical estimation workflows." Good: "I can just tell VoltTrack what I'm working on and let it build the estimate." The goal is to make electricians think: **"I need to try this."** --- # Hooks Every short video should have a strong hook in the first 1–3 seconds. Test different hooks such as: * "Electricians, stop typing your estimates." * "What if you could talk to your estimating software?" * "I just asked AI to estimate this electrical job." * "Watch this electrician estimate a job using AI." * "My hands are full, so I told my estimator what I needed." * "This is how I'm estimating electrical jobs now." * "Would you let AI build your electrical estimate?" * "I gave VoltTrack a real electrical job. Here's what happened." * "Electricians — you need to see this." * "I can talk to my estimating software now." Create multiple variations rather than using the same hook every time. --- # Editing Requirements For Shorts/Reels/TikTok: * Vertical 9:16 * Fast pacing * Captions/subtitles * Strong hook immediately * Keep the software visible * Remove unnecessary pauses * Use zooms/cuts to maintain attention * Clear CTA at the end For YouTube: * Create both Shorts and longer horizontal videos * Use professional thumbnails * Make the first 10 seconds compelling * Avoid long introductions * Get into the actual demonstration quickly # Important Marketing Strategy I want the videos to **demonstrate the product rather than simply advertise it**. Instead of: "VoltTrack is an amazing AI estimating platform. It has many features..." Show: A contractor has a problem. The contractor talks to VoltTrack. VoltTrack responds. The estimate appears. The contractor reviews it. The contractor gets the job ready for the customer. That is the story. **Problem → Demonstration → Result → CTA** --- # Multiple Content Pieces From Each Recording Whenever possible, record one longer demonstration session and turn it into multiple pieces of content. For example: One 10-minute recording could become: * 1 YouTube video * 5 YouTube Shorts * 5 TikToks * 5 Facebook Reels * Multiple short clips for future posts This will allow us to build a large amount of content from authentic product demonstrations. --- # Branding Use VoltTrack branding consistently. Website: **VoltTrack.app** Use the existing VoltTrack logo and brand assets. Do not make the videos look like generic AI advertisements. The brand should feel like a serious software product built specifically for electricians. --- # Conversion Goal The ultimate goal is not simply views. The goal is: **Views → Interest → Website Visit → Product Demo → Signup → Paying Customer** Every video should give the viewer a reason to visit VoltTrack. Use clear calls to action such as: **"Try VoltTrack."** **"See how it works at VoltTrack.app."** **"Start your first estimate."** The CTA should not dominate the video. The product demonstration should do most of the selling. --- # What I Am Looking For in the Video Creator Please provide examples of: 1. Short-form videos you've created for software/SaaS companies. 2. Videos where a person appears on camera. 3. Product demonstration videos. 4. TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts you've edited. 5. Any videos involving screen recording combined with a live presenter. I am especially interested in someone who understands **direct-response marketing and short-form video retention**, not just someone who knows how to edit video. The right person should be able to help create videos that make an electrician stop scrolling and think: **"Wait — this software can actually do that?"** Then make them want to see VoltTrack in action. # Google Play Store CTA — Required Every video should end with a clear, professional call-to-action directing viewers to download/use VoltTrack. The final 3–5 seconds should include: **VoltTrack** **AI Estimating for Electrical Contractors** **Download VoltTrack on Google Play** Include a visually clear Google Play-style button or callout when appropriate. ## Clickable Links For YouTube videos, the official Google Play Store link must be placed prominently in the video description. For Facebook videos/posts, include the Google Play Store link in the post/caption when clickable links are supported. For TikTok, direct viewers to the Google Play Store through the available profile/bio/link functionality where applicable. The link should go directly to the official VoltTrack Google Play Store listing, not to a third-party website. I will provide the official Google Play Store URL to use. ## Final Screen Create a consistent branded end screen that can be reused across VoltTrack videos. Example: **Need to estimate electrical jobs faster?** **Try VoltTrack AI** 🎤 **Talk to your AI estimator** ⚡ **Build electrical estimates** 📐 **Assist with takeoffs** 🧾 **Create estimates & invoices** **Download on Google Play** **VoltTrack.app** Keep the end screen clean and readable on a phone. Do not make the CTA so large or aggressive that it feels like a traditional advertisement. The product demonstration should do most of the selling. ## Important The video should NOT simply say: "Visit our website." The goal is to make it extremely easy for an electrician watching the video to immediately get VoltTrack. The desired path is: **Watch Video → See VoltTrack in Action → Become Interested → Click Google Play Link → Download VoltTrack** Use the same CTA consistently across the video campaign so viewers begin recognizing the VoltTrack brand.
