AI Video Creator / AI Avatar Video Specialist

About the Role We're looking for an AI Video Creator / AI Avatar Specialist who can create high-quality, realistic AI clone videos featuring Melanie. The goal is to create engaging, on-brand video content that looks and feels as natural as possible while allowing us to produce more content efficiently. You'll be responsible for taking approved scripts, concepts, or existing content and turning them into polished AI-generated videos using the right combination of AI avatar, voice cloning, video generation, editing, and post-production tools. This is a creative execution role. We're looking for someone who understands how to make AI-generated content feel human, believable, engaging, and aligned with a personal brand—not content that looks obviously AI-generated. What You'll Do Create realistic AI avatar/clone videos of Melanie based on approved scripts and content. Work with Melanie's likeness, voice, and existing content to produce AI-generated videos. Create videos that replicate Melanie's appearance, voice, delivery, and overall brand presence. Generate different video formats for social media, including short-form vertical videos. Work from scripts, hooks, talking points, and existing Melanie content. Edit AI-generated footage to improve pacing, retention, and overall quality. Add captions, graphics, B-roll, transitions, music, and other visual elements when appropriate. Experiment with different AI video tools and techniques to continuously improve realism and quality. Ensure AI-generated content remains consistent with Melanie's brand voice and visual identity. Make revisions based on feedback and maintain consistency across multiple videos. Help develop a repeatable workflow for producing AI clone content efficiently. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has proven experience creating AI avatar, AI clone, or AI-generated talking-head videos. Has a strong understanding of AI video generation and editing. Can create videos that look and sound natural rather than obviously AI-generated. Has strong attention to detail, particularly with facial expressions, lip syncing, voice quality, pacing, and visual consistency. Understands social media content and what makes short-form video engaging. Can follow creative direction while also bringing their own ideas to the table. Is comfortable testing new AI tools and workflows. Can work independently and meet deadlines reliably. Is responsive, organized, and open to feedback. Tools & Experience We're open to different tools and platforms. You may have experience with tools such as: HeyGen Synthesia Captions ElevenLabs Runway Kling Veo Sora CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Descript Other AI video, voice cloning, avatar, or editing platforms You do not need to use these specific tools. What matters most is the quality of your work and your ability to explain why you use your chosen tools. Required Application Materials Please do not apply without samples.
