# AI Avatar Video Creator / Generative Video Specialist We are looking for an experienced **AI Video Creator** who can produce highly realistic short-form videos using a **provided AI avatar/reference image and audio/voiceover**. The goal is to create videos where the avatar looks natural and believable — realistic facial expressions, lip-sync, body movement, hand gestures, eye movement, and overall performance. ## What You'll Be Doing * Create AI-generated videos using our provided **avatar/reference images** * Sync the avatar naturally with our provided **audio/voiceover** * Generate realistic talking-head and scene-based videos * Maintain the **same face, body, clothing, and identity** across multiple clips * Create natural facial expressions, gestures, posture, and movement * Avoid robotic movements, unnatural lip-sync, distorted hands/faces, or obvious AI artifacts * Maintain continuity between different scenes * Create primarily **vertical 9:16 videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts** * Make revisions until the movement and performance look natural * Combine generated clips into polished final videos when required ## Preferred Tools / Experience Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: * **Higgsfield AI** * Kling * Runway * Veo * HeyGen * ElevenLabs / AI voice workflows * CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software **Higgsfield experience is highly preferred.** ## What We're Looking For You should understand: * AI avatar consistency * Image-to-video generation * Audio-driven video generation * Lip-sync * Prompt engineering for video * Natural human movement * Facial expression control * Camera movement * Character consistency between scenes * Short-form advertising/video editing We are **not looking for simple template-based talking avatars**.
