Video Editor (CapCut) for Multilingual E-commerce Reels

We are looking for a reliable Video Editor to help us localize short-form videos for multiple European markets. We are a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce brand selling premium outdoor pellet heaters across Europe. Every month we produce batches of short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok. What you'll do Our workflow is straightforward: We create the original reel (without captions). We provide professionally recorded voice-over audio files for each language. Your job is to: Replace the original audio with the provided voice-over. Synchronize the audio with the video. Add accurate captions in the correct language using CapCut. Export the final video. The editing itself is relatively simple. The most important part is timing, consistency and attention to detail. Bonus points If you have ideas to improve engagement, we'd love to hear them. For example: Adding subtle viral sound effects Small transitions or zooms Trending editing styles Hook-enhancing edits Other creative touches that improve retention without changing the overall style We appreciate editors who think along and aren't afraid to suggest small improvements. Workflow We usually work in batches of 12 reels. For each language we provide: 12 original videos 12 voice-over audio files Caption text (or transcript) We localize content into multiple European languages every month, so this can become a long-term collaboration. Requirements Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts) Experience with CapCut Good eye for timing and pacing Able to synchronize voice-overs accurately Able to create clean, professional captions Reliable and able to deliver on schedule Comfortable working with repetitive workflows Nice to have Based in Europe or familiar with European languages Experience working with multilingual content Experience with e-commerce brands Keeps up with TikTok and Reels trends To apply Please include: Examples of Reels or TikTok videos you've edited.
