Video Editor (D2C Ads, eCom, Full-Time)

We are hiring a full-time video editor (40+ hrs/week) to create and edit high-performing ad creatives for our D2C eCommerce brands. The focus is paid ads. Performance and speed matter. We're looking for: - Must be fluent in English (.. and ideally know how to edit ads in a foreign language, like German)! - D2C ad & paid marketing editing experience required - Frame.io for reviews and feedback - Full-time availability (40+ hrs/week) - Long-term work, contract-to-hire; also per video for bigger volume possible - Should have experience with eCom ads. - Ideally knows how to generate AI ads (AI UGC, Claymotion, etc.) - NO agencies / sub-contracting; this is a FULL TIME position. (!) It's important to NOT use AI in the application. Again, as stated above, this is for a full-time position. So if you're looking for a killer team to grow with, this is your job. We pay a good base salary and over time - given the performance - we can do healthy performance shares. That being said, this offer is primarily for people who want a stable, long-term position.
