Video Editor — Multi-Camera Conference Edit & Color Grading I’m looking for an experienced Video Editor to organize, edit, and color grade approximately 4 hours of conference footage into a polished, professional video. The project requires someone who is comfortable working with multiple cameras and different sources. The footage includes **Sony camera footage shot in Log/ungraded, as well as footage recorded on an iPad* You’ll need to review all of the footage, determine the correct sequence of events, and seamlessly switch between the different angles and sources. Responsibilities * Watch and review approximately 4 hours of raw footage * Organize all clips chronologically and match footage from different sources * Build the video in the correct order based on the conference timeline * Create clear sections/chapters throughout the video * Determine which camera angle works best for each moment * Seamlessly cut between the Sony footage and iPad footage * Sync and align footage from different sources when necessary * Color grade the Sony Log footage * Match the color and exposure between the Sony and iPad footage as closely as possible * Create a consistent, professional visual look throughout the entire video * Remove unnecessary footage, awkward gaps, and unusable clips * Deliver a clean, organized final edit Ideal Candidate I’m looking for someone who has strong experience with multi-camera editing, conference/event videos, color grading, and organizing large amounts of raw footage. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a major plus, but I’m open to editors who use Premiere Pro or another professional editing platform. This is not simply a “put the clips together” project. I need someone who can watch the footage, understand what is happening, make good editorial decisions, and create a cohesive final video from multiple sources. The total footage is approximately 4 hours, and I’m negotiable on price depending on experience, workflow, and the quality of the final result.
