Video Editor Needed (100+ Videos | Ongoing Work | Paid Test Project)

Our videos are primarily talking-head educational and training content. We're looking for someone who can create clean, professional videos that keep viewers engaged. Pay: $30–$50 per completed video (based on experience, speed, and quality) To Start: We'll start with one paid test project to ensure we're a good fit before assigning additional work. Responsibilities: Edit videos using AI video editing software or tools when appropriate. Remove or reduce mild background noise, awkward pauses, and speaker mistakes to improve pacing. Add lower thirds, titles, captions, text overlays, graphics, and images. Replace green screen backgrounds. Export visually engaging, polished videos ready for publishing to YouTube and other online platforms. Qualifications: Experience with AI video editing tools (Descript, Opus Clip, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) required. Strong English comprehension. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to follow branding and editing guidelines. Portfolio or samples of previous work required. If you're dependable, efficient, and produce high-quality edits, this has the potential to become an ongoing project with consistent work over the next several months.
