Video Editor Needed for Real Estate Promo Videos / Social Media Content

ob Description We are Faasse & Fermont, a real estate agency in Zeeland, the Netherlands. We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor who can turn our raw footage into professional, engaging promotional videos for social media. We create videos for property listings, neighborhood promotions, real estate marketing campaigns and company branding. We film the footage ourselves using a DJI Osmo Mobile gimbal and DJI microphones. We will provide the raw video files, scripts, logo, brand colors and general direction. Your job is to edit the footage into short, polished videos with a clean and professional promo style. What we need: Editing short promotional videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms Selecting the best footage and creating a strong flow Adding smooth transitions, music and sound design Adding subtitles where needed Adding short text overlays in a modern real estate style Using our brand identity, logo, colors and fonts Creating versions in different formats, mainly 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 Delivering final files ready to post on social media Style we are looking for: We like clean, modern and professional edits. The videos should feel premium, but still personal and approachable. We do not want overly busy or flashy edits. The style should fit a real estate agency: calm, stylish, commercial and trustworthy. Examples of videos we want to create: Property promotion videos “Coming soon” listing videos Neighborhood videos Real estate office branding videos Short reels with voice-over, music and text overlays Requirements: Experience with social media video editing Good sense of pacing and storytelling Ability to edit real estate or lifestyle content in a professional way Comfortable working with Dutch text overlays and subtitles Able to follow brand guidelines Reliable communication and quick turnaround Nice to have: Experience with real estate videos Experience creating Instagram Reels and Stories Ability to improve audio quality Ability to make simple motion graphics / branded title cards Project details: We would like to start with one test video. If the collaboration works well, we are looking for someone to work with on a recurring basis.
