Video Editor Needed for Short Exercise Instruction Reference Videos — Ongoing Work

I am looking for a reliable video editor to assist with the ongoing production of short exercise instruction and reference videos for a private personal training and fitness business. Our videos are straightforward, professional, and educational. They typically range from approximately 30–90 seconds, with most averaging around 45 seconds. I currently edit these videos myself in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I am looking to work with an editor who can take over this part of our production process while maintaining a consistent visual style. What I Will Provide For each project, I will provide: • Raw exercise video footage • Completed voiceover/audio • Branding and video assets • Existing intro/outro bumper graphics • Examples of previously completed videos • Instructions regarding important exercise cues and areas of emphasis I am also very open to creative and technical recommendations from the editor that could improve the clarity, professionalism, or efficiency of our videos. Editing Responsibilities The editor will be responsible for: • Synchronizing the provided voiceover with the exercise footage • Trimming and timing the footage appropriately • Adding our existing branded intro/outro elements • Adding simple arrows, circles, highlights, and other visual indicators to emphasize specific movements or areas of the body • Timing these visual cues appropriately with the voiceover • Maintaining consistent formatting and branding across videos • Exporting a polished final video ready for publication These are not highly produced advertisements or complicated motion-graphics projects. The goal is to create clean, professional exercise reference videos that clearly communicate technique and important coaching cues. Ongoing Work At this time, I anticipate producing about five videos per month, primarily for our client newsletters and exercise education materials. Although the monthly volume is relatively small, I am looking for someone interested in developing a consistent, long-term working relationship. Initial Discovery Call & Test Project Before starting the first project, I would like to schedule a brief, complimentary 10-minute discovery call to introduce ourselves, discuss the workflow, review expectations, and determine whether we are a good fit. Following that conversation, I would like to begin with one paid test video. If the first project goes well, I would like to continue working with the same editor on our future videos.
