Hiring 3 editors, long-term. 🛑 Not for you if: You've never edited short-form ads that ran on Meta You don't already use AI generation tools daily You need a call to understand a written brief ✅ Must have: CapCut and/or Premiere Pro — including clean, custom captions VEO3 / Google Flow + Nano Banana, hands-on AI b-roll that reads as real footage Stylized animation: 3D/Pixar-style, crochet-style, similar ElevenLabs or similar for voiceover Daily reliability. Deadlines here are every day. 📝 The work: First of all down below you will find the type of ad you will be working on daily! 2 concepts per day, 6 days/week 1 concept = 1 main video + 2 hook variations → 6 deliverables daily You get script + inspiration video + editor notes. You cut, you don't concept.
