Video Editor (Short-Form Ads, VSLs & AI Tools) — Bilingual

Growth Kingdom is a growth agency that helps clients scale their high-ticket offers (coaches, consultants, etc.) across the US and LATAM. We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor to jump into our weekly production cycle. If you love pairing strong visual storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: - Short-Form & Direct Response Ads: Edit engaging short-form Meta ads, seamless talking heads, and AI-generated concepts (combining VO with Runway, Kling, or similar tools). - VSL Sequences: Edit long-form Video Sales Letters ranging from 5 to 30 minutes. - Execution: Turn weekly scripts and creative direction into polished videos with strong pacing and visual style. - Delivery: Keep our pipeline moving by delivering final files to Google Drive on strict weekly deadlines. - Asset Management: Maintain clean file structures/naming conventions and immediately flag any missing assets. What We Are Looking For: - Proven track record creating high-retention hooks and high-converting direct response ads. - Expertise in clean talking-head editing, AI avatar generation, and hands-on experience with video AI platforms. - English & Spanish Proficiency: Strong command of English and Spanish to handle native-level creative direction and assets. - Capacity: Able to turn around 18 to 25 edited pieces per week. - Bonus Skills: Experience with Remotion, Claude Code, HyperFrames, or programmatic video workflows. - Workflow: 100% remote and async-first using Slack and Notion.
