Video Editor / Videographer – Paid Trial for Full-Time Role

This is a **paid trial project** for a potential long-term role. I’m currently looking for a talented video editor/videographer to join our team in a **full-time, well-paid position**. Rather than hiring based solely on a portfolio, I’d like to see how candidates approach our actual footage, creative direction, and brand. You’ll receive access to a Google Drive containing all necessary footage, along with a detailed creative brief outlining exactly what I’m looking for. **The project:** Create **3 short-form video edits** using the provided footage. Each edit has its own direction and objectives, all explained in the creative brief. I’m looking at more than just technical editing ability — I want to see your **creative instincts, storytelling, pacing, music selection, attention to detail, and ability to execute on a brief while bringing your own taste to the work.** The goal is simple: **find an exceptional editor who is a great creative fit and bring them onto the team full-time.** If the trial goes well, I’d like to move quickly into a conversation about the full-time role.
