We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor experienced in direct-to-consumer (DTC) ads and Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that convert. We sell a collectibles brand in the United States market — and need someone who knows how to: ⚡ Capture attention with scroll-stopping hooks 🎯 Keep viewers engaged for max watch time 💡 Edit with conversion-focused storytelling ⸻ 🧩 What You’ll Do • Edit long-form VSLs + short-form ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) built to drive conversions. • Work with UGC content and b-roll, plus source relevant stock or meme clips when needed. • Add motion graphics, animations, and text overlays that boost engagement. • Upload edits to Google Drive for review + revisions. • Suggest new hooks, structures, and creative ideas to improve performance. • Deliver high-quality edits fast — without endless back-and-forth. ⸻ 🧠 What We’re Looking For ✅ 3+ years editing DTC ads (bonus if history focused / toys/collectibles) ✅ Portfolio with proven results (CTR, conversions, ROI) ✅ Strong grasp of consumer psychology + retention editing ✅ Expert in Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) + After Effects ✅ Experience with VEO3.1 and/or Sora for AI B-rolls ✅ Clean, modern visual style ✅ Responsive + proactive ⸻ 🚀 What Success Looks Like • Ads + VSLs that beat watch-time and conversion benchmarks. • Fast turnarounds, minimal revisions. • Creative output that helps scale our campaigns profitably. • A long-term partnership built on data-driven iteration.
