The editor should be able to: * Build a compelling story from mixed video footage and still photographs * Identify strong hooks and speaker moments * Edit testimonial and audience-reaction footage effectively * Produce polished vertical and horizontal content * Maintain accurate English captions * Use music, motion graphics and transitions with restraint * Preserve a sophisticated executive brand * Communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines Generative AI may not be used to synthesize or materially alter my face, body or voice. Standard audio cleanup, color correction, reframing and professional enhancement are acceptable. Both finalists will receive the same source materials, instructions and deadline. Each finalist will be paid regardless of who receives the full project. No unpaid test work is requested. The target completion period for the full project is three to four weeks after kickoff.
