We produce short form content for personal brands and founders, and we're adding an editor who can turn raw talking head footage into content that stops the scroll and builds an audience. This is retention first editing. You take a long recording or a pile of clips and shape it into punchy, high energy short form that keeps people watching to the end. What you'd be doing: Cutting talking head footage into short form for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Adding captions, b roll, sound design, and pattern breaks that hold attention Matching each creator's voice and pacing so the content feels like them, not templated Turning around a steady volume of clips without dropping quality Who this is for: You have a portfolio of personal brand or creator short form, not just corporate or product edits You understand hooks, retention, and why people keep watching or swipe away You are fast, self directed, and good with feedback Nice to have: Experience growing a creator account or hitting real view numbers Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects This is an ongoing role with consistent work across multiple creators, clear briefs, and real creative ownership.
