I'm hiring an editor for a local real estate YouTube channel based in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. I'll shoot long-form footage and you'll cut it into a polished long-form video with captions and titles - we are intentionally not doing Shorts or short-form content right now. The content focus is the town and region itself, not property listings or sales pitches, so the tone should stay local and story-driven rather than promotional. I want to start with one video project to see what the process is and what the end product looks like.
