What you're working with: Fathom recording links for each class, roughly 4.5 hours total, plus transcripts. Single speaker (our founder), screen shares, live audience Q&A. You cut this into clean, structured video modules. Deliverables: 4 classes broken into short modular segments, one concept per segment, so we can update pieces later without reshooting Animation and illustrative B-roll to break up talking-head sections. AI tools encouraged (Veo 3, Runway, etc.), matched to our brand look. No photorealistic AI-generated people. Founder stays on camera as the spine.
