Video Editor for Testimonial Videos (Match Existing Style) — Potential for Ongoing Work

Project Overview: We're looking for a skilled video editor to edit customer testimonial videos. We have all the raw footage/assets ready to go — your job is to bring them to life while matching an existing visual style and format we already use. Consistency and attention to detail are critical for this project. Scope of Work: Edit testimonial videos using footage/assets we provide Match a specific existing style precisely (pacing, transitions, text/graphics treatment, music/sound design, color, captions, etc. — reference examples will be provided) Deliver polished, on-brand final cuts ready for publishing What We're Looking For: Proven experience editing testimonial or interview-style videos A strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and emotional tone — testimonials need to feel authentic, not overly produced Ability to closely replicate an established style/template rather than impose your own creative direction Comfortable with captions/subtitles, light motion graphics, and clean audio cleanup Reliable communicator who hits deadlines and gives realistic timelines Please Include In Your Application: Links to testimonial or interview-style edits in your portfolio (this is required — general reels are less helpful for this role) Your typical turnaround time for a single testimonial edit Your availability/capacity over the next few weeks Growth Potential: This project starts with a defined batch of testimonial edits, but we're building a relationship with the right editor.
