Video Editor for YouTube and LinkedIn

I run a YouTube channel and LinkedIn presence about hiring, delegating, and operations for small business owners. Talking-head format, me on camera, teaching one topic per video. I'm looking for one editor to take this over long term. This is ongoing weekly work, not a one-off. WHAT YOU'D DO EACH WEEK 1. Take one raw recording (usually 20-30 minutes of footage) and cut it to a tight 9-10 minute finished video. That means removing filler, dead air, and rambling — I'd rather lose good material than have it run long. 2. Add supporting visuals: text callouts for key points, lower thirds, simple motion graphics that reinforce what I'm saying, relevant B-roll or stock, and punch-in zooms to hide jump cuts. 3. Cut 3-4 vertical clips (30-90 seconds) from the same recording for LinkedIn. Burned-in captions required — most people watch on mute. Each clip needs to work standalone, so it needs its own hook in the first two seconds. 4. Deliver everything in one batch with source files. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Experience editing talking-head educational or business content specifically. Not wedding videos, not music videos, not gaming. The pacing is completely different and I need someone who already understands it. - Restraint with graphics. I want clean and professional, not flashy. Think a well-made explainer, not a hype reel. - Ability to cut aggressively for pace without losing the argument. - Reliable 3-4 day turnaround from when I send footage. - Good written English. I'll send notes and I need them understood the first time. WHAT I PROVIDE - Raw footage and recorded audio - Brand colors, fonts, and logo - A written outline of the video so you know which points matter TO APPLY 1. Send two examples of talking-head educational content you personally edited. 2. Send one short-form vertical clip you cut from a longer video. 3.
