Job Type: One-time project (not an ongoing role) Deadline: 2 days from assignment Software Required: Adobe Premiere Pro Length of Final Video: ~49 minutes (long-form documentary) About the Channel Daily Tao Wisdom is a YouTube channel producing deep, cinematic, philosophical documentary-style videos exploring Eastern wisdom traditions, psychology, and the lives of major thinkers (Jung, Lao Tzu, Nietzsche, and others). Our videos are narrated, heavily visual, and built to feel like a premium streaming documentary — not a typical YouTube explainer. The Project We need one editor to take a fully-planned episode — voiceover already recorded, AI-generated video/images already produced, and a complete shot-by-shot production sheet already written — and turn it into a finished, polished 49-minute video that matches our visual style. This is a one-time, fixed-scope project. If the result is strong, we may reach out again for future episodes, but there's no ongoing commitment implied. What We Provide Full voiceover audio (narration, already recorded and timed) All AI-generated video clips All AI-generated conceptual/symbolic images A full production sheet — a segment-by-segment shot list telling you exactly what goes where, what each shot should show, and exactly what to search for when real footage or real images are needed A reference video link showing the exact visual style, pacing, color grade, and text treatment we want matched What We Need From You Source your own real (non-AI) footage and images — the production sheet gives you the exact search terms, so this is guided sourcing, not guesswork. Use any royalty-free platform (Pexels, Pixabay, Storyblocks, Artgrid, Wikimedia Commons, Getty, etc.) Cut the full video together following the production sheet timestamps, adjusted to the natural beats of the narration Match the color grade, pacing, transitions, and on-screen text style of the reference video Mute all native audio from the AI clips and handle the full audio mix yourself (music is provided) Add subtle motion (Ken Burns style) to all still images so nothing sits static on screen Deliver a finished export at 1920×1080 or 1440p, 60fps Deadline 2 days from the moment you receive the assets and production sheet.
