Video Editor for short-form vertical videos in English

We are looking for a video editor to work on vertical short-form commentary videos about interior designs. Example of the desired output: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12bpPTdMgayEpAMzdQmpSofmZTCrr9ATW/view?usp=sharing What you’ll do: - Select the best takes from the raw host footage; - Clean up the raw footage: color correction, audio cleanup; - Edit videos according to the brief: cut scenes, choose background music, add photos, subtitles, and text elements; - Make sure you deliver a clean and polished edit for each video that follows the brief, has no English-language mistakes, and is ready for publication. Requirements: - Fluent English: C1 proficiency; - 3+ years of video editing experience; - A portfolio that includes vertical talking-head videos in English; - Experience independently selecting the best takes from raw footage; - Understanding of the short-form video format - how to use hooks and pacing to keep the viewer engaged; - Understanding of vertical video safe zones - how to place captions, text, and graphics without interfering with platform UI; - Reliable on-time delivery and accountability for the final edit. Scope & compensation: - We’ll need 10-15 videos per week, similar to the example above; - Payment can be arranged either per video or per hour.
