Video Editor for startup Content — Short-Form + Long-Form (Ongoing)

I'm a founder creating content around my business, and I'm looking for a reliable video editor to handle all editing on an ongoing basis. Here's how it'll work: I come up with the ideas and record the raw footage. You edit it into finished, ready-to-post videos and send them back to me. I handle posting. No ideation, scripting, or account management needed on your end — just great editing. What you'll edit: Short-form vertical videos (30–90 sec) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Long-form YouTube videos (2–10 min) — talking head, screen recordings, walkthroughs Repurposing: cutting the best moments from long-form recordings into multiple shorts Occasional other assets (LinkedIn videos, podcast-style clips, simple thumbnails if you can) What you'll do: Cut dead air, tighten pacing, and keep retention high across both formats Add captions, b-roll, zooms, graphics, sound design, and music where it fits Match a clean, modern style consistent with top business/tech creators (I'll share references) Deliver in the correct specs for each platform Turn around shorts within 24–48 hours, long-form within 3–5 days Take feedback and revise quickly What I'm looking for: Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form content — send links to 3–5 examples, including at least one full-length YouTube video Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, after effects or Final Cut and higgsfield. Higgsfield is important. Good English for accurate captions Reliable communication and consistent availability — this is a long-term role I have example videos of how I want my content to look like so I will show it and it needs to be somewhat similar. There is a certain style, and aesthetic i have planned. If it works out, I can hire full time which will pay very good and give you work for 2 of my other companies.
