Video Editor

I'm looking for a video editor to work full time. We will start on a contract to get the style and speed right. Then we will switch to ft hours. YOU: - You must be able to edit the quality videos based on my SOP. - You must be able to edit and turn around videos in LESS THAN 24h. - You must be able to edit videos in 1/3rd the time normal editors do it in. I'm looking for 1-2h tops per short. - You follow instructions well. - You consume short form content and can provide ideas for improvement. - You have no excuses. "Oh power went out" or "Oh family stuff happened" or "Oh I didn't upload it to the right folder". You don't let any of these things stop you. - You always deliver. How many videos we will be working up to: - Ads - 15-30 ads / month usually (45-90 seconds) = 4-7 ads per week - Content, shorts - 4-6 shorts PER DAY (45-90 seconds) = 24-36 shorts per week - Content, clipping - 6-10 clips / podcast per week, right now I have about 10 podcasts to clip (60-240 seconds) - Content, mid form - 1-2 pieces / week between 10-20min So let's do the math: - 34-55 shorts / week (ads + shorts + clips) - 1-2 mid form per week DO NOT APPLY FOR THE JOB IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS AMOUNT OF WORK. We will start with a few test projects. If you hit the quality then we'll proceed to the next stage. I AM hiring multiple people for this role. You will be competing with others for this position. About me: - I have done video editing before on plenty of ads and shorts. CapCut, Adobe suite, OBS, etc. so I know how long things usually take. - I am an entrepreneur by myself looking to take my personal brand viral. I need help for that. Bonus points if you know how to do AI video creation with platforms like Kling and Googles VEO/Nano Banana.
