AI Video Generation Artist for Photorealistic Dramatic Content

We’re looking for a skilled AI-video artist to support an ongoing series of emotionally grounded, realistic dramatic content. This is not generic social content or flashy AI spectacle. Our work is cinematic, restrained, and believable: natural human performances, coherent homes/offices/public spaces, motivated practical lighting, and coverage that cuts together like live-action drama. You’ll work from an established visual direction, reference images, location plates, character references, and clear editorial beats. Higgsfield experience is welcome but not required; what matters is your ability to produce footage consistent with supplied references and make sound creative judgments when a generation looks attractive but does not actually work in the scene. What you’ll do: • Generate and refine realistic video shots from approved stills and references. • Create believable dramatic behavior: reactions, pauses, glances, small physical actions, and cause-and-effect—not broad or melodramatic performance. • Maintain character identity, wardrobe, props, room layout, eyelines, and screen direction across related shots. • Build usable editorial coverage: wides, singles, inserts, reaction shots, and simple action beats that cut together. • Diagnose whether a problem is the prompt, source frame, blocking, reference set, or shot design. • Deliver organized source files, exports, and concise notes on usable takes. Required experience: • Portfolio evidence of photorealistic, cinematic AI-video work featuring people in dramatic or narrative scenes. • Strong judgment around cinematography, blocking, continuity, performance, and editing. • Experience with image-to-video and reference-driven workflows in Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Luma, Higgsfield, or comparable tools. • Ability to preserve a locked location and cast across multiple camera angles. • Comfortable working from a supplied start frame to produce simple, controlled motion. • Clear written English and reliable async communication. Visual standard: Restrained, premium live-action drama: practical or motivated lighting, natural contrast, shallow depth of field, subtle film texture, and believable imperfection. Think observational/verité rather than glossy commercial, soap opera, music video, animation, or “AI cinematic” spectacle.
