AI Video Pipeline Builder

We're looking for someone who can actually build an end-to-end AI video pipeline, and we want to judge that by output, not by proposals. Most of what we've seen is either manual editing dressed up as "automation," or a resold n8n template with no live channel behind it. If that's you, this isn't a fit and we'd rather not waste your Connects. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT A system that takes an idea or a source input and produces finished, publish-ready video with minimal human touch, in both formats. We lean toward Python and claude -p style pipelines rather than n8n/Make. Honestly, n8n feels like the previous generation of automation to us. That said, it is not a hard requirement: if your n8n or Make system puts out genuinely good video, we want to see it. Judge us on our output and we will judge you on yours. - Long-form YouTube (8+ minutes, narrated, retention-aware pacing) - Short-form (YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok, vertical, under 60s) The pipeline matters more than any single video: scripting, voice, visuals, assembly, captions, thumbnails, scheduling, publishing. WHAT TO SEND This is the whole application. Please don't send a portfolio PDF. 1. ONE long-form video (8+ min) your pipeline produced. A public link is preferred, a live channel is best. 2. TWO shorts your pipeline produced. Same preference: published links over file exports, but not a hard requirement. 3. For each sample, tell us in one or two lines: - what was AI-generated vs. stock vs. hand-edited - which models/tools did what (script, voice, visuals, assembly) - how much human time went in after the pipeline ran 4. Four quick answers: - your stack, in one sentence - cost and wall-clock time per finished video, broken down by API - what breaks first when you scale to 50 videos a week - your price range for a V1 build, and what that V1 would include BUDGET The hourly range on this post is a placeholder so we can publish it. We're genuinely open on structure, quote what the work is worth to you, hourly or fixed, and tell us what we get for it. We'd rather compare real proposals than watch people bid against a ceiling we set. WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR - Video editors who use AI tools manually, we're hiring for a system - Generic automation agency pitches with no video work behind them - "I can build this" with no sample. We'll assume you can't. HOW TO APPLY Start your proposal with the word PIPELINE followed by the niche of your best sample (e.g. "PIPELINE - history documentaries"). Proposals without it won't be read, it's the only way we can filter template applications. NEXT STEPS Strong samples get a short call, then a small paid pilot: one long-form video and two shorts in our niche, through your pipeline, at your quoted rate. If the pilot holds up, we scale from there.
