AI Video Producer for YouTube Channel

I am launching a new YouTube channel called The Selemio Journal, a cinematic essay-style channel connected to my larger project Voices of Luxury. The concept explores a different meaning of luxury in the Caribbean and Latin America — not luxury as wealth, exclusivity, or consumption, but luxury as belonging, memory, resilience, joy, culture, and human connection. I am looking for a creative freelancer or small team who can help transform written scripts into elegant, cinematic short-form documentary videos using a combination of AI-generated visuals, AI video tools, voiceover production, music and sound design, editing, YouTube packaging, thumbnails, metadata, and publishing support. This is not an influencer travel channel. It should feel more like a premium cinematic essay: refined, poetic, warm, intelligent, culturally respectful, and visually beautiful. This first video will be: “Why Luxury Feels Different in Latin America and the Caribbean.” • Approximate length: 7–12 minutes. • Based on a completed script. • Requires cinematic AI-generated visuals, tasteful motion/video generation, voiceover production, music and ambient sound, editing and pacing, subtitles/captions, thumbnail, YouTube title/description/tags, and a short vertical teaser for YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn. Required Skills Please apply only if you have experience with some or most of the following: AI Visual / Video Tools • Midjourney, Microsoft Copilot Image Creator, DALL·E, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion, or similar image-generation tools. • Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, Sora if available, Kaiber, or similar AI video tools. • Ability to create a consistent cinematic visual style and avoid generic stock-looking imagery. Voice / Audio • ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Descript, Adobe Enhance Speech, Audition, or similar tools. • Experience producing warm, premium documentary-style narration. • Music selection and sound design using only properly licensed music and assets. Video Editing • Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar. • Strong pacing for narrated essay videos. • Ability to combine stills, AI video clips, slow motion, overlays, transitions, subtitles, and ambient sound. • Experience creating 7–12 minute YouTube videos. YouTube Skills • Channel setup and optimization. • Thumbnail design and YouTube SEO. • Titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and upload formatting. • Audience retention awareness, Shorts/teaser creation, and basic analytics review. Style References The tone should be closer to poetic travel documentary, cinematic cultural essay, premium hospitality storytelling, and elegant sensory narration. It should not feel like a fast influencer travel vlog, generic luxury hotel promo, commercial tourism video, or AI slideshow with robotic narration. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands how to translate words into atmosphere. You should be comfortable working with scripts that are poetic and philosophical, but still need to become engaging visual stories. A strong eye for luxury aesthetics, composition, color, mood, and pacing is essential. Experience with travel, hospitality, culture, documentary, lifestyle, or luxury content is a strong plus. Spanish or Latin America / Caribbean cultural sensitivity is also a plus, though the videos will initially be in English. Deliverables for First Video • Final edited YouTube video, 7–10 minutes. • Voiceover production. • AI-generated visual package. • Licensed music and sound design. • Subtitles or captions. • Thumbnail, 2–3 options. • YouTube title, description, tags, and chapters. • One vertical short teaser, 30–60 seconds. • Project files and final exported files. Important Requirements • All assets must be original, AI-generated, licensed, or royalty-free for commercial use. • No copyrighted music or images without permission. • AI-generated visuals must be consistent, premium, and culturally respectful. • No stereotypical or exoticized representation of Latin America or the Caribbean. • Client must retain ownership of final video assets and project files. • Freelancer must be transparent about which tools and asset sources are used.
