Video Researcher for YouTube Documentaries

Summary I’m looking for a reliable video researcher / content researcher to work with me on YouTube documentary-style videos. I will provide you with a complete script, and your job will be to read the script, understand each part, and find relevant images, videos, interviews, news footage, social media posts, screenshots, and other visual material that can be used while I edit the video. You will NOT be editing the video. I will handle all editing myself. I’m starting with a limited budget, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working at a lower rate initially. However, the pay can increase over time as we build a good working relationship, the quality of the research improves, and the channel/project grows. I’m specifically looking for someone interested in long-term work, rather than someone looking for a high rate on the first project. If we work well together, there will be opportunities for more scripts and higher pay in the future.
