Video creator in Bangalore to shoot and edit in long/ short form

About Uluv Uluv.app is building a better pet-care ecosystem for pet parents in India. We’re looking for a video creator in Bangalore to help us tell the stories of the people who make the city better for pets. The Project We’re creating a recurring video series celebrating the real “Pet Heroes” across Bangalore - people who go above and beyond to care for animals. These could be people who: * Feed and care for stray dogs * Organise or administer vaccinations * Rescue injured animals * Foster or rehabilitate pets * Run shelters or animal welfare initiatives * Help animals in their neighbourhoods in their own unique ways What You’ll Do On-ground shooting: * Identify/collaborate with the Uluv team to shoot Pet Heroes across Bangalore. * Visit their locations and film them while they actually do their work. * Conduct casual, engaging on-camera interviews. * Capture candid interactions with animals, people and the surrounding environment. * Shoot strong B-roll that helps tell each person's story. * Ensure footage is visually consistent across the series. Interview & storytelling: * Ask natural questions that bring out the person's personality, motivation and story. * Help structure each shoot so we get enough material for both long- and short-form content. * Capture authentic emotional and entertaining moments without making the content feel staged. Editing: * Edit and create long-form and short-form videos for different platforms * Add subtitles, music, sound design, transitions and basic graphics where appropriate. * Create strong hooks for short-form content. * Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content. * Maintain Uluv's visual and storytelling style across the series. What We’re Looking For * Strong video shooting + editing skills. * Good understanding of what makes a Reel/Short engaging. * Ability to shoot people and animals naturally and comfortably. * Strong sense of composition, lighting, framing and storytelling. * Comfortable conducting or directing casual interviews. * Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software. * Ability to work independently on location. * Bangalore-based and comfortable traveling around the city for shoots.
