Video editor for talking heads

I'm a Forbes 30 Under 30 founder and content creator posting talking head reels across Instagram and TikTok. I'm looking for a video editor who can take a raw clip (usually 1-3 minutes long) and turn it into clean, engaging short form taking head reels that feels natural and polished without being over-produced. What you'll be editing: Primarily talking head reels between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. The style is clean, direct and creator-led. No heavy effects, complicated transitions, or AI imagery. Good pacing, clean cuts, captions that match my voice, removing ums, ahs, filler, and overall producing a final output that feels like me.
