Video editor + motion graphics for a 12-minute talking-head B2B video
Worldwide
Description I am the founder of Sales Playground, an Australian B2B sales brand. I have recorded a 12-minute talking-head video that teaches managers at professional services firms how to set a growth target, choose a growth strategy and check five preconditions before they invest in sales and marketing. It ends with one call to action: download a free three-part guide. The footage is shot. I need the edit and the graphics. What you will do - Assemble the talking-head edit from the raw footage: tighten pauses, clean jump cuts (punch-ins or Morph Cut), keep the speaker on screen for at least half the runtime. - Build roughly 10 full-screen motion-graphics cards and 5 reusable Motion Graphics Templates in After Effects — a scoreboard with counting numbers, a chapter card, a checklist, a six-stage “field” diagram, an end card — following a detailed brief with style frames, timecoded notes for every section of the script, and build instructions. - Captions: transcript corrected against the script, burned-in version plus a clean version, SRT file. - Colour (light, warm, slightly desaturated) and dialogue clean-up (−16 LUFS). - Two thumbnail options (Photoshop). - Optional, quoted separately: three 45–60 second vertical cutdowns for LinkedIn. The style Editorial and restrained: think a modern sports-performance publication, not a sales agency. Warm off-white backgrounds, near-black type, one orange accent per frame, big typography, charts and scoreboards instead of stock footage. Three approved motions only (a rule that draws in, a digit flip on numbers, a measured fade). No stock clips of smiling teams, nowhooshes, no bouncing icons, no templates bought from a marketplace. If that sounds boring to you, this is not the job. If it sounds like a relief, it is. You must have - Premiere Pro and After Effects, including exporting .mogrt templates with exposed text and slider controls so I can change figures later inside Premiere. - Illustrator basics (vector diagrams and simple line icons). - A captioning workflow you can describe, and the patience to proof every number. - Two examples of talking-head educational or B2B videos where you built the graphics yourself. - Strong typography sense and a quiet taste. Australian English spelling for on-screen text. Nice to have: experience with finance, consulting or B2B content; some overlap with Australian Eastern Time for a weekly call. Deliverables: captioned and clean 1080p masters, a ProRes archive master, SRT, two thumbnails, the collected Premiere and After Effects projects with all templates, and a 30-second screen recording showing me how to change a number in the scoreboard template. Two revision rounds: one on the first cut, one on the fine cut. Timeline: first cut within 2 days of receiving the footage; final delivery within 5 days. I review within 24 hours each round. How to apply: start your proposal with the word “Scoreboard” so I know you read this far. Then: two links to relevant work, five sentences on how you would approach the scoreboard-with-counting-numbers graphic, your fixed quote for the core scope, and a separate price for the three vertical cutdowns. The full brief (with style frames) is attached — read it before quoting.
