Videographer for a Key Management Tech Case Study in Keflavík, Iceland

We're Keycafe, a physical key management technology company from Vancouver, Canada and we're planning a video shoot of our product at a customer's location in Keflavík, Iceland. Our customer is a car rental company. They use our smart key lockers to securely store and manage vehicle keys, allowing customers to pick up and return rental cars independently without needing staff to hand over the keys. We’re looking for a local videographer for an on-site shoot and we'd like to capture the following footage: (1) b-roll of the area where they have the lockers installed, and the general location (outdoors & indoors) (2) b-roll of our product, which is an electronic key locker system mounted to the wall (3) staff interacting with and using the key locker to pick up and drop off keys (using the screen, taking keys from the key compartments, putting keys back in the key compartments). Try to capture the full workflow of a staff member accessing their keys from the locker, and returning them once their task is complete. (4) management staff using the mobile and desktop app for key management / administration We also need some interview-style testimonial shots of a staff member (or multiple staff members if possible) answering some questions. (1) Please introduce yourself, the company, where the company is located, and explain briefly what the company does. (2) What problem were you trying to solve when looking for a key management system? (3) Did you use a key management system before Keycafe? (4) What was your previous key management process like? What were the challenges faced with that system? (5) Please explain your company's workflow using Keycafe for key management. Be as detailed as possible. (6) What's the biggest benefit you've experienced using Keycafe? (7) Has there been a financial return on investment using Keycafe? (8) What would you say to another company that didn't have Keycafe? (9) How would you sum up your experience with Keycafe in one sentence? Additionally, we need some photos (10-15 photos): (1) headshot of staff member interviewed (to put beside a testimonial) (2) images of picking up/dropping off keys, both landscape and portrait orientation (using the screen, hand picking up / dropping off key in a bin, etc) (3) general images of the area with the SmartBox both landscape and portrait orientation The intent is to use these shots in a case study featuring this customer, as well as in other marketing materials aimed at car rental, automotive companies and other organizations that need to manage vehicle keys across multiple employees and departments securely. You can see examples of recent case studies on our website under (Resources → Case Studies). We are only requesting the RAW photo and video files — no editing or post-production required. You must have audio equipment (like a lav mic) so the interview shots have high quality audio. We'd also like a two-camera setup for the interview. Please note that our team works remotely worldwide, so no one from Keycafe will be on-site.
