Videographer Needed for Podcast Creator Story / BTS Shoot – Aledo, TX $750–$1,200 fixed price We’re looking for an experienced videographer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a half-day shoot in Aledo, TX (76008), tentatively scheduled for August 19. We’re launching Podcast in a Box, an all-in-one portable podcasting system, and will be filming a real podcaster using the system to record an episode. This is not meant to look like a traditional commercial. We want authentic, polished behind-the-scenes content showing a real creator taking the equipment on location, setting it up, recording a podcast, and talking about her experience afterward. WHAT WE NEED CAPTURED The shoot will include: • Creator arriving with / handling the Podcast in a Box case • Unpacking and setting up the podcast equipment • Detailed product and setup B-roll • Behind-the-scenes footage during the actual podcast recording • Natural interactions between host and guest • Close-ups of microphones, audio interface, iPhones/iPads and other equipment in use • Selected moments/snippets from the podcast • Post-recording testimonial/interview with the host • Additional lifestyle and product B-roll as time allows • Packing up / portability shots Our team will handle the actual podcast recording. We will also have a Podcast in a Box team member on location with the necessary iPhones/iPads and equipment to coordinate the production and make sure we capture everything needed. The videographer’s primary responsibility is capturing great BTS, lifestyle and testimonial footage. STYLE We’re looking for a natural, premium creator/documentary feel rather than a highly staged commercial. Think polished behind-the-scenes content that still feels authentic and spontaneous. SHOOT DETAILS Location: Aledo, TX 76008 Target Date: August 19, 2026 Duration: Approximately 4–5 hours Budget: $750–$1,200 fixed price depending on experience and equipment Exact location and call time will be confirmed prior to the shoot. DELIVERABLES • All original footage from the shoot • 4K preferred • Properly exposed/log or high-quality footage suitable for professional color grading • Cleanly organized footage/files • Separate audio from testimonial/interview if recorded externally • Transfer of all footage after the shoot Editing is not required for this project. We primarily need high-quality raw footage for our internal creative team.
