Videographer who loves storytelling to capture a sound bath experience

Hi Talented Upworkers! I'm hosting an immersive sound meditation experience August 18th in Denver, CO. A sound bath is an event where guests are invited to relax, release and restore in a calm environment while a variety of sound therapy instruments are played. The event takes place in a yoga studio, and will be the debut event for the facilitator (me!) in Colorado. The intention of the project is to capture the experience for the purposes of future website use and promotion. It should capture the vibe of the experience (venues will change, audience count will change) with the focal character of this story arc being the facilitator. The marquee event will last 90 minutes 6:15-7:45pm. You should have experience filming in lower light settings, and good awareness of how to capture content without disrupting the guest experience. This even includes moments of silence and low frequency music. Audio will be captured separately as a voice track and a sound track, and please let me know if audio editing is part of your skillset for production If budget allows - B roll would be amazing: instrument set-up or facilitator meditation before playing - guests mingling and enjoying fellowship after the sound bath - guest testimonials, brief, may not need editing to preserve raw energy The yoga studio where this will be held (RINO district of Denver) has plenty of parking outside for easy load-in/out of equipment. Studio has outlets available for equipment as needed, and an onsite AV system if you prefer to use one or have experience using one to supplement your work. About me: I'm a business owner and entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry for 15 years. The audience will be fellow brand founders, industry leaders and artists/creatives who need to destress LOL. Everyone is in town for Newtopia Now, a large industry trade conference focused on conscious, natural and organic products in food, bev and wellness. Sound therapy helped me a lot in my personal journey so I trained as a facilitator over two years and am now bringing it to my community. This event will be the first official event in Denver. The name of my business venture is SOUNDFEAST, and this video will help anchor my website which launches in September. I am a California girl, and have hosted sound and dinner events locally throughout the year. Communication: I'm a quick and prompt texter. Brief run of show for event: 5pm I arrive for setup 6:15pm Guests arrive, set up their yoga mats 6:30pm sound bath begins. This starts with breathwork and narrative by facilitator before instruments play 7:00pm core sound ends. closing narrative and silence to return to the real world :) 7;15pm sound bath officially ends. guests invited to mingle, enjoy light refreshments and chill until they want to head out. 7:45pm everyone out of studio.
